OK...
I did an image file from a HD with Zlon 1.0, now I do have several files and no clue how extract the files from them. I do have ZAR - I have a license, I mean, I'm a registred user, I'm using the version 8.4. I read that I should use this file to extract the files from the .disk file. Can anyone tell me how extract the files from the backup file? Thank you in advance. Augusto. |

1. Zlon images are supposed to be placed back onto the disks in their entirety, not extracted file by file.
2. If the image is not compressed, then ZAR can run a recovery on it and extract files from it. However, it is still recommended (if the original volume was not damaged, and thus does not require the recovery) to put the image back onto the disk and use it in a normal fashion.
