We get some of the information you provide, including street address, but we never receive any credit card information. Your personal information is used only for your identification if your email address changes, and you then ask for technical support. In such a case you will be asked to provide your street address and your answer will be verified against our records. It is the only use of this information, and we will never sell it or release out some other way.

This small piece of software, within minutes of downloading, made me the happiest guy in the world. My camera did something weird to my SmartMedia card, rendering it useless.
